How do I sign up?
While placing your order in any restaurant participating in our rewards program, please enter your Rewards ID – your cell phone number or email address – on the customer-facing display of the register. Once you pay for your order, the points earned from that and each next purchase will be linked with your Rewards ID as long you enter your Rewards ID before paying for your order. No additional action is required.
How do I earn points?
You must enter your Rewards ID (your cell phone number or email address) on the customer-facing display of the register before paying for your order. Only then the points earned in that purchase will be linked to your Rewards ID.
How do I redeem my reward?
Once you enter your Rewards ID on the customer-facing display of the register, the current balance of your rewards will be promptly displayed. The rewards you can redeem will be displayed as gold stars. Simply tell your cashier that you would like to redeem your reward and the requested discount will be applied to your order.
How do I check how many points I have earned?
You can check the current balance of your loyalty points in two ways: (1) in the restaurant, at the cash-register enter your Rewards ID on the customer-facing display, or (2) in the Clover app search for one of our locations and switch to the Perks tab – the number of points and available rewards will be displayed on the screen.
What if I forget to enter my rewards ID at the time of purchase?
If you don’t provide your Rewards ID before paying for your order, a special rewards code will be printed at the bottom of your receipt. Entering this code in the Clover app registered with your Rewards ID will add the points earned by your order to your Rewards ID.
Can the points earned in one restaurant be redeemed in another one?
Of course, our rewards program includes most of our restaurants in the Chicago metropolitan area. Scroll down for a complete list of participating locations.
Can I receive my reward in the form of a cash-back?
No, the loyalty rewards have no cash value. They are redeemable only in the form of the order discount in $5 increments.
